Grapefruit Brûlée
Warm sweet citrusy dessert- Grapefruit Brûlée is the most delicious dessert-style snack! Best part? It is criminally easy to make!
There are minimally specific ingredient proportions listed- you can’t mess it up. In fact the more sugar, butter and honey you add… the better it tastes. Use your best judgement.
I love to cook with coconut sugar because I love the subtle sweet taste. Use whatever sugar you prefer.
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- Coconut Sugar
- Unsalted butter cut into 2 paper-thin slivers
